The Shock Society Foundation awards grants to educational institutions and individuals for use in promoting the study of shock, trauma, and sepsis.

The Shock Society Foundation is Tax Exempt under the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donations to the Foundation are tax deductible under IRC Section 170.
